Even with Rinnegan and Gedo Mazo he's troubled against half Kurama or Garra+Shukaku.

don't you open your mouth so quickly sir Minator93. sasuke has PS and can defeat minato. gaara. and tobirama.
No feats of tobirama countering genjutus. (please dont say he fought uchiha wich is absolutly no feat)
1 tails lost form part 1 naruto. he is strong. but not strong enough to defeat PS sasuke.
minato has no attack that can even damage PS. so thats a no.

edit: and has we saw by hachibi shubaku or something can get amaterasu'd wich includes getting one shotted.

yes. but minator is a special force and has the power of hatred. he can't stop making threads about sasuke. not that i hate im or something. but he can atleast see the light an know sasuke beats those guys

kind disagree about Kabuto's rank (should be higher) and Gara's (has no place here honestly) but, overall it's great list.
