Alright, um... since there's no KG I'll use my Sasori bio this time.
I'm not in Hiruko, and I'm controlling two puppets with one hand, one has a cleaver in each hand while the other has a katana (my other hand is free so I can still use jutsu).
I start off by sending the one with the cleavers towards you. He swings downward with the cleaver while at the same time expelling poison gas. While he's about to slice you, I use:

Descripton: This technique lets the user condense mud or stone from the ground and shape them into spike that will protrude from the ground to skew the target. The user can either create a long row of spikes protrude away from him or make them appear anywhere within the target range. They cannot penetrate targets of greater density.
Making a row of spikes that starts to move towards you, you can hardly see the spikes coming due to the puppet in front of you, and when the spikes finally start to reach you and him, I flick my wrist to the side, moving the puppet to your right side and then I pull back, pulling him back towards me.
oh, boy...first real battle, and i get a puppet-using sensei....

xd Yeah. And since you said that I'm in the mud, it'd be pretty hard to pinpoint where I am unless you have sharingan to see my chakra moving, but I'll continue.
I sidestep out of the mud and when I notice that you went underground, I use:
