Obito managed to restrain a Perfect Jinchuriki with his Genjutsu. There aren't many feats that come close to this one, and those feats certainly don't belong to Hebi Sasuke.

Hebi Sasuke is not a Mangekyo user. And again, no one has yet listed a valid counter to Kamui in this thread.

Excluding Kamui, Hebi Sasuke is better than all forms of Kakashi.

Sasuke is faster than amaterasu...and amaterasu is faster than kamui...I mean that jutsu doesn't determine if he wins or loses its just a possibility.

Also I think by using kamui it leaves you opened.

Why are you even bringing Susanoo up? You said Hebi Sasuke not MS Sasuke. You do know Sasuke's speed wouldn't be a factor for Kamui right? Kakashi does have a MS Sharingan to predict Sasuke's moves. Not to mention that Sasuke has no knowledge of Kamui to be constantly moving and Kakashi can Kamui so fast that Sasuke would be gone before realizing he's being warped.

Hebi Sasuke is my fave Sasuke but he has low chances for high ranked ninjas in the war. Hebi Sasuke's strength stayed the same while everyone else's improved. Also OT. No point having Naruto or Orochimaru in who he beat, Naruto was already weakened from fighting Orochimaru plus chose not to use Kurama's chakra on Sasuke. Orochimaru was bedridden sick. Need Manga proof for both?
