So far kakashi has no feats of warping anything behind transparent objects just as sasuke cant amaterasu any otherwise they could kill shit even behind non transparent ones given that sharingan can see chakra behind it.

Amaterasu case is different, though, because it was clearly shown to be travelling against Raikage.
You might say that it is not shown to travel elsewhere, but chances are, it happens in between panels. It's just too fast to be there. Its speed only mattered against a speed beast like A, hence it was visibly shown travelling then.

Amaterasu is said to convert at the focus point, it was shown to do so in scans as well, only after it travels like projectile
In raikage case sasuke had some sight problems already.

That's a discussion for another time altogether, so let me just say that, no matter who of us is right, Sasuke not using Amaterasu while inside of Susanoo proves nothing.
Susanoo alone is a chakra-taxing technique, which is natural, since it's an MS jutsu. Why push your chakra reserves even more with using another MS technique at the same time?
That's just one thing - there are many other possible reasons as to why Sasuke didn't use Amaterasu while in Susanoo (though as I said, IMO it's because it's travelling).

If that's the only thing that makes you believe Kamuing through Susanoo is not possible, then I think it a rather weak argument.

What is the "weak" part in saying that Kakashi can kamui Sasuke because he can focus his eye on him and according to databook that's all which is needed for Kamui?
How I see it, my argument is based on common sense and databook.
-Does Kamui appear on the target instead of travelling? CHECK
-Does Kamui appear wherever Kakashi focuses his eye on? CHECK
-Can Kakashi focus his eye on Sasuke in Susanoo? CHECK

Your argument, on the other hand, seems to be the argument from ignorance - you ASSUME that Amaterasu can't be used through Susanoo and then you speculate it's the same with Kamui. It's wrong on several levels:
1. You have no proof whatsoever that Amaterasu, in fact, can't be used through Susanoo
2. You have no proof that it would be due to Susanoo's properties and not Amaterasu's (for example if Amaterasu travels)

All in all, I can't help but think your argument weak.

Amaterasu only travels after being converted, the rest its just like kamui.

Susanoo is chakra and will signal as such in sharingan vision, lound and clear. Its not so transparent as you think it to be.
On the other hand you might be right, then sasuke can amaterasu BM naruto from within and itachi and madara.

Also ama and kamui both one shot so draw is a bad win move for kakashi.

He summoned it at the end of the Deidara fight. Placing Genjutsu on Manda is no problem, it doesn't take much time at all, it's really quick actually.

I don't knw what manga you were reading, but in the maaga I read sasuke was neva worried. He simply asked if kakashi came with them. He asked that with the most coolest of faces. So you can stop twisting the manga
