He warped Gedo Mazo's arm in an instant (before the summoning jutsu was completely done). So kakashi can warp an object A LOT BIGGER THAN A HUMAN BODY faster than a S/T jutsu as fast as Kuchiyose is...

So, if he can warp something as big as the Gedo Mazo's arm at that speed, then, he can warp a human body a LOT faster than that... So i'd say kakashi is now on par with top 10 characters if not better..

(Also, currently Kakashi > Itachi)

You really shouldn't utilize "kamui blitz" when assessing Kakashi. Really, you can say he's Top 3 because he'd catch Hashirama with it, but then again you can say he doesn't even make Top 15 because he wouldn't be able to catch the Yondaime Raikage with it. See, it leads to confusion and opinions will be much too different.

And yet when he fails (like in todays chapter and when against Obito) he's in trouble and has used about 1/3 of his chakra in one go like a fool. He's like a drinking lightweight trying to do Whiskey shots.

In todays manga, he only failed because the Gedo Mazo is actually too big to warp, bu he could warp atleast its right arm wich is a lot bigger than a human, so if Kakashi wants to warp a human warped object, he does it easely, since he had no trouble on doing it to a much larger object.

That's not what i'm saying. He failed in his mission to take out the Gedo Mazu and therefore drained himself by a LOT. When Kakashi misses with this move (and Kakashi IS quite slow with it) he loses 1/3 of his chakra that he could've used on his large moveset of jutsu or stayed alive for a few more minutes in battle. That's a REALLY bad battle plan and everyone else had to cover him a lot in the early stages of the Guy/Naruto/Bee/Kakashi VS Obito fight.
