1. no sharingan blind sasuke is weaker then sasuke with ems since he wouldnt be able to predict movements and what not.
2.he clearly says he can feel itachis power flowing into him even if he didnt want it at first he still got it and he was happy with the results :/
3. naruto didn't want a 9 tailed demon fox stuffed in his gut at first glance either but later decided that it wasn't so bad and that he would need it and work together with it.

Sasuke worked for his Tamoe in his regular Sharingan. He mastered the regular Sharingan and even though the battle with Itachi was staged, even Itachi was impressed. I don't consider it given or borrowed, because the Uchiha have to lost much to gain.

MS is not a borrowed power. Sasuke got it naturally when Itachi died. You are probably referring to when Itachi sealed an Amaterasu attack in Sasuke to attack Obito. That is not what gave Sasuke MS.
