That Suiton was easily able to handle Hiruzen's Katon, who at that time was hyped to be the strongest Hokage. Although, his status as God of Shinobi has been retconned now but take into account that Hashirama & Tobirama were at 10%. Amplify his Suiton feats by 10. Also, that Katon was more to do with sheer force rather than it being hot, so no, it's not gonna turn his Suiton to steam since that's only going to be accomplished by having extreme heat, not extreme force.

I doubt he had the time to activate Final Susanoo before Kirin hit. Its either V2 or V3.
V1 is Ribcage right? If so thats not impressive at all and I wasn't even talking about V1 tanking kirin.

Anything above V2 has Yata Mirror. If Itachi used anything above V2, Kirin would have been repelled and it wasn't.​

No. It's made out of Chakura. It is created out of it. Unless you believe that Minato and Tobirama carry a black marker and then they draw the formula in a second on their target. Since it's made out of Chakura, the Chakura will always be present and Sasuke will always be capable of seeing that Chakura with his Sharingan.​

When applied it is made of chakra. But that is the only time it would emit chakra other than when it is used. Otherwise the amount of chakra needed for that seal would be paramount, and they would both have Tailed Beast level chakra pools.
