I think this would be interesting.
If I compare their abilities and experiences it would look like this:

Ninjutsu: Sasuke > Tobirama (By feats)
Genjutsu: Sasuke = Tobirama
Taijutsu: Tobirama > Sasuke
Intelligence: Tobirama > Sasuke
Strength: Tobirama > Sasuke
Speed: Tobirama >= Sasuke (If I don't take Hiraishin into consideration)
Stamina: Sasuke = Tobirama
HS: Tobirama > Sasuke

Problem is that you see this fight much easy.
I think that Tobirama's Suiton can't be countered by Katon because he is stated to be the greatest Suiton user.
No matter how many Suitons he showed. As a greatest Sution user he probably will show us his techniques which gave him this titul.

I even think that he can resist Sasuke's Genjutsu.

So in my opinion, only few problems for Tobirama are Susano'o and Amaterasu.
Amaterasu can't hit Tobirama so easily because of his reflexes, speed and experiences. The same goes for Susano'o.
But at the other side I can't imagine how can Tobirama break Susano'o.

If Tobirama will show some extremly powerful Suiton techniques combinated with his Hiraishin, he would be pretty dangerous for Sasuke.
But if not, I don't know how this can end..
Winner could be the one who has more chakra reserve.
