EMS obito can't exist because he doesn't have a sibling with MS.

imo nothing would change.. the senju cells ultimately make it as if he has EMS.. his eyes arnt strained as much and he doesnt go blind as fast.. the only difference imo would be that obito could spam kamui without reguards... much like he does already..

Preta Path can't absorb a S/T jutsu,also Minato used his own Space Time jutsu in order to esace Kamui.

I've already told you how trustworthy that scan is. And there's no thing as physical jutsu. Anything related to physic is Taijutsu, anything "jutsu" is Ninjutsu or Genjutsu, out of which Ninjutsu can be absorbed by Preta Path. Only because it's transporting your body somewhere else doesn't mean you can't counter it. When Obito absorbs himself, the jutsu can't be absorbed because he's using it on himself, but when he applies it on someone else, that someone can absorb it with Preta Path if he has the Rinnegan, or if he has speed of light like Minato or Ay, he can fly off the sucked zone.

Doesn't explain anything. Kamui is weaker the first time you use it than after you used it more times. Plus, if Obito was ready to wrap out the whole Village, I'm sure he held no hard feelings towards Minato. He even said himself that he doesn't care about this world anymore. Minato also lost 1-2 seconds realizing what Kamui was doing before he flew off.
If he knew from the start, he'd have flown off before it even activated.

It can't absorb all ninjutsu otherwise Nagato would have used it to get rid of Itachi's instead of Shinra Tensei.And Minato clearly used FTG to escape Kamui.
