You said 1/10th Katsuyu could beat Manda II, and I responded with 1/10th Katsuyu in mind :|
And yeah, you're right, we haven't seen full Katsuyu. So anything you say is merely an assumption.
And the ultimate summon? Don't make me laugh.

What does it matter? Manda has speed and can attack from underground. Katsuyu can only spit acid and turn into smaller ones. Manda attacks from behind and rips it bit by bit, if katsuyu turns to small ones manda just rolls it over like a road cylinder.

V_V I didn't look at that. Sowwy buddy, i hope you forgive me.

But yes the ultimate summon: Ability to split into many forms, telepathic relationship with its summoners, Can switch information between her bodies. can split into tiny versions of herself, no limits are known.

And also, if 1/10 Katsuyu > Katsuyu in regards to size.. I think its only logic to say that full Katsuyu is the biggest summon we will see.

Manda has better speed than the buddha and etc.. so do i make it stronger?

Katsuyu has the best acid in the manga. rofl. Only way Manga can beat her is to eat her and etc.. if he tries that he is gonna get acid in his mouth. Sooo yeaaaa.

Size that is possibly as big as the Juubi? yes that makes her the ultimate summon.

Acid that is the most dangerous we know of? Yes that makes her the ultimate summon.

Split up bodies into smaller thousands of pieces ? Yes that makes her the ultimate summon.

Having the ability to have a telepathic relationship with the contract users of Katsuyu ? Yes that makes her the ultimate summon.

Only problem is no one can summon her. HAHAHAHAHAHa. =D

Manda II is like twice the size of original so it makes it 1/5 of katsuyu (not so big) Acid attack? Slugs cant turn their head back to attack so manda takes it.

Oh but you forget she can split into multiple parts and easily face Manda's direction. =].

Katsuyu is the only summon of the Sanin portrayed as the "scary"/"fearful" summon. Even Orochimaru respects her man.
