Not really, there's not enough shown. His kenjutsu skills against that Stone ninja wasn't anything hugely impressive and Sasuke has a superior version of chidori that doesn't have a huge weak point and that's not even talking about Chidori stream.

Kakashi as a kid may have only made Jounin rank because of the war time conditions for all we know.

Wow thats hard one. Id give it to hebi sasuke, since i dont think obito had strong base yet.

Super irrelevant really.

His strongest jutsu at the moment was Chidori (Didn't even have Raikiri back then) and if we look at feats his Taijutsu isn't anything special either. On the other hand Hebi Sasuke is super fast, highly skilled in taijutsu, can use several variations of Chidori (Chidori enhanced blade, Chidori stream etc.), also has mastery of fire jutsus, can summon Manda and last but not least he can use Kirin, which we both know is super powerful.

So no. Kid Kakashi simply doesn't beat that.

Actually I'd be surprised if he could beat Curse Seal 2 Sasuke from part 1 or 1-tails Naruto for that reason.
