I'm going with Sasuke.
CS is just too much for 13-year old Kakashi to handle.
But if CS was restricted, Kakashi would take this mid to high diff.
Kid Kakashi without Sharingan could barely kill 1 to 3 jonin.
Kid Kakashi with Sharingan was fending off a platoon of jonin and ANBU for a while.
Sasuke defeated countless ninja, but as opposed to mist platoon, we have no idea of their rank. They could be genin for all we know.
As I said, Sasuke takes this with CS. But without CS I see Kakashi winning.
Kamui is not a factor here. Not only didn't Kakashi know about it back then, he would collapse from exhaustion after using it just once. And given his accuracy back then would be probably even worse than it was against Deidara, it's no good.

Kid Sasuke, even with CS, was mid jonin level at best if I were to overhype him.
Kid Kakashi without Sharingan was at the level of Iwa jonin who were said to be well-known and respected in their village, meaning they were more than likely higher than low jonin level.
Kid Sasuke would only have any chances against Kid Kakashi if we are talking about Kakashi without Sharingan.

In case I haven't made my point clear enough, here, see Kakashi stomping a mid jonin in two pages. The blitz was emphasized by the falling broken blade - before it reached the ground, Kakashi had already killed the enemy.
