he did not imply how powerful RS was he got attacked by gaara and others then when naruto used RS it was too much for him all those attacks thats why used used i think preta path

if naruto alone attacked him with RS he wouldnt have been impressed

only time naruto impressed him was when he did the mulit shadow clones and demolished the trees
