Something I wish would have happend earlier, when they were figting the juubi, I wish Sasuke would have stepped aside for the FRS to hit the Juubi instead of adding that enton to reduce the FRS power. I hated that moment.

i'd assume that Sage Art Flying Rasenshuriken would be more powerful than Amaterasu although it also depends. If the target were to survive the initial impact of either Jutsu (excluding Madara) chances are that Amaterasu would then be more effective seeing as the flames will never extinguish and would also heat up surrounding atmosphere making way of Kirin.

Kirin and Ama are fast but IMHO i think FRS is powerful. Is a cellular destruction jutsu.

well technically speaking rasen-shurikin is a weaker jutsu than ametrastsu since wind cant beat fire.......but madara acknowledged naruto's jutsuu becoz that jutsu forced madara to use rinnegan.
secondly rasen-shurikun is more advance and difficult jutsu than ametrastsu......

In the Viz Madara doesn't mention Amaterasu. Though.... his reaction to the two techniques give the impression of one being superior I suppose. I still believe Madara just has an immense knowledge on Uchiha techs. I'm 99% sure hes seen Amaterasu....hes never actually seen the rasengan and its variants.

Idk though....Madara seemingly withstood RS while sitting in wood dragon. He didn't even have to regenerate, but I believe it stunned him, and in that time Hashirama dropped the gates. The same way Amaterasu briefly stunned him.

FRS Destruction power > Amaterasu Destruction power

However Amaterasu is WAY more versatile and MUCH Faster. Thus can be used in many different situations

amatersu on other hand has instant speed upon activation so it is guaranteed to hit any moving/non-moving targets

This thread is about jutsu not characters. Itachi also uses Amaterasu.

It is based on the instance of the battle to determine which one is better. But when it comes to powerful, irrespective of the battle, FRS is the most powerful.

Yeah, for Eien no Mangekyō Madara, however for Rinnegan it's not match. Amaterasu would've killed Madara if not for Gakidō.

Amaterasu > Fūton; Rasen Shuriken, even stated in manga throughout the series.
