Naruto's Speed is nothing for Sasuke

We have realized that throughout the manga that the sharingan has the ability to read, follow, and predict movements. Sasuke also has the Susanoo and amaterasu which can be used as a great defense against attacks that are not in view of his sharingan.

People claim Sasuke won't be able to keep up with Naruto using his Sharingan. Whether people like it or not the sharingan improves to be able to follow any and every movement in view of sharingan and then moves on to precognition.

Ex:

Ex: Precog.

If the opponent is out of view of sharingan it really won't matter due to Sasuke's Susanoo and Amaterasu.

Ex: Raikage moves from the view of sharingan and tried to land an attack out of sharingan's sight.

Yet, Sasuke was able to use amaterasu/kagetsuchi instantly to improve his defense with susanoo. Although Raikage did break through, the damage Raikage took was alot more severe than what Sasuke received.

Also throughout a battle sooner or later the sharingan is going to catch you and he will be able to read and follow your movements. The sharingan does not just stop at a certain point, it keeps improving over time. Also even if Naruto tries to end the battle quick before Sasuke can adjust to his speed, he won't be able to due to Susanoo and Amaterasu/kagetsuchi.

Naruto may try to use long ranged attack such as rasenshuriken or TBB but Naruto takes longer to use bigger attacks than Sasuke. Before he would use them Sasuke could:

Go into susanoo and shoot an arrow/arrows:

Or just jump out of the way with complete standing susanoo:

I didn't put any tanking in because I'm not sure if Sasuke's susanoo density is as dense as Madara's. But in my opinion I believe it is and it could tank both rasenshuriken and TBB.

Good points, Sasuke's arsenal specializes in distanced fighting while Naruto's is close combat. With Sasuke's various techniques and reaction speed it will be some fight.

I'm not quite sure about movement, but in reaction speed they rival, this was shown by them both eventually catching Juubito, Naruto's speed is only for blitzing and escaping, he hasn't shown the ability to dart about during combat, Sasuke's dual wielding can cut off Naruto's chakra hands and even cuts Naruto if he isn't careful. Multi TBB can be countered by PS slash if Sasuke has it and anything bigger than standard TBB takes too long to charge and risks Naruto getting cut by PS.

Naruto has quite the fight on his hands.

Naruto on the ground was able to generate such speed, that the inherent force behind his speed deflected country busting essence of energy. When he went aerial, Madara was easily able to react and repel his mini-Bijudama. Stark difference. Seeing as how the first thing Kishimoto highlighted about Obito as the Juubi Jin was his speed so much that one of the greatest "reaction feats" characters (Tobirama) wasn't able to react at all, his foot speed garnered far more insight to the debate concerning flight speed and foot speed.

Speed won't be problem for Sasuke as it wasn't in their last fight. As long as Naruto transforms into Kurama chakra mode, Sasuke victory is insured. That mode makes Naruto stationary in a sense that it moves slower that when he has the Chakra cloak. Which would result in what Sasuke did to the Gyuki gg Naruto.
