Analyzing the fight between Itachi and Naruto:
we See two things.
Itachi blitzing Naruto and Bee to which Bee could not keep track but naruto did
However, during there fight Itachi not only blocked everything KCM Naruto did he also had the upperhand in combat mid air and after they landed as noted here
Notice the kick he threw to which Naruto didn't have time to block so he jumped back.
Next, we have when Bee tried to surprise attack him. Notice how he instantly dodged without looking and also shunshin so fast until he was near instantly back to his original position
For those that doubt the Shunshin speed notice in the image above that Naruto and bee are in the same position they were from Top left panel to bottom right panel
Next, we See Itachi shunshin from starting point to directly behind Bee to where bee reacts when informed he was behind him
Now, in this next page notice Bee swings Samedah at an extremely fast rate but before Bee finished swinging it once:

Jumped back
Threw Shuriken
Casted Ninjutsu
