Kurama compared sasuke's chakra to madara when sasuke had 3t only. Karin said that MS sasuke had chakra even more intense then CM lvl 2, now its EMS. By this logic yes its stronger then madara's, but who knows

There's a difference between strength in chakra and actual fighting ability. Rollin is talking about the EMS users' chakra, now how they fight against others so whether Sasuke can compete with Hashirama or not is irrelevant right now

Well he failed to control Obito the first time, he needed the help of Black Zetsu and needed him extremely weakened. Madara using Susano'o clones is either a case of his strong chakra or he utilization of his chakra but Madara probably had a slight advantage over the other Uchiha.

I wouldn't say Madara has the stronger chakra. just more fighting experience. Much like Hashirama compared his chakra to Naruto's the same goes for Sasuke.

I think it is the same but since Madara is using Hashi's chakra as well it puts him above Sasuke's chakra.
