yeah, sorry i wont be searching it in other translations and then calling up for viz one to make it clear.

At any rate, madara had exceptionally strong chakra among strong chakra dudes, mito and kushina were the exceptions of the fodders (strong chakra wise). Naruto has no powerful chakra, neither bee neither gaara or many other jins. Dont make whole clan what its not based on few exceptions.
