What Sasuke has done with EMS is his feats, not Itachi's. Itachi's eyes are a tool to achieve those feats but not Itachi's feats. It's Sasuke doing the feats. You might as well attribute Sasuke's swordsmanship to the original owner of the sword.

Itachi clearly stated that just by being of uchiha blood Tsukyomi can be broken.

Kakashi 3 tomoe couldn't accomplish this feat

Itachi was being controlled by Edo tensei, and he never retreated
