As far as Genjutsu prowess, Itachi wins purely because of Tsukuyomi.

Taijutsu I would put on the same level at this point.

All that being said, the fact that Sasuke has EMS obviously gives him a distinct advantage at this point.

Sasuke has surpassed Itachi in everything but genjutsu. It's debatable if Sasuke's Susssano is more powerful than Itachi's but Sasuke's is way more destructive. He probably surpass Itachi in that eventually because he is the deuteragonist where Itachi is a supporting character and because the weaker rival (Sasuke in the Sasuke and Itachi relationship) will surpass the stronger rival as Naruto has surpassed Sasuke.

You missed the point. Itachi's Tsukuyomi is superior than Sasuke's sharingan genjutsu due to the manipulation of time. Danzo confirmed this. I'm not saying Itachi will beat Sasuke with it, as we have seen that Sasuke can break out of it since he's an Uchiha.

And I believe you meant to say that Sasuke's sword that was imbued with Naruto's BSM chakra broke rikudo's sword. Nice try though
