• Descripton: Water vortex created in the palm of the users hand that can then be blasted forward creating a spiraling wall of water that can be used to attack or defend(no water source needed to use this jutsu).

if i understand u correctly the bold part is jus to cancel out my wind lightning jutsu right an doesnt do an harm to me if am wrong correct me. and u used 4 jutsu but am going to make my move anyway
