You could also use lightning along with the fire around the shuriken to make plasma. This should make the attack cost more damage than it normally would.
Ways to Counter:
I don't remember the exact name of the jutsu but you could exhale a sharp gust of wind, blowing the shuriken back at the opponent.
Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): When using this technique, you could aim for vital organs or other places on the body that could hinder your opponents performance in both offense and defense.

Lightning and fire don't make plasma >_>
And also, don't forget the elemental strengths and weaknesses of fire. Wind is weak to fire, so you would have to use at least C rank wind to defend against this jutsu.
But your uses are fine, this isn't really a kill jutsu. I would aim for arms and legs.

Rin inhales deeply as she pulls four shuriken out of her ninja pouch. Fire chakra starts forming in her lungs as she throws all four of the shuriken at a clone. The fire chakra compresses and as she exhales sharply, four fireballs come flying out. Each fireball hits the shuriken, setting it on fire and hitting the clone. "Hmm?"

The use of the jutsu seems fine.

I would simply in hale air into my lungs and concentrate my chakra there, while super heating and exhaling the fire out manipulating it into a small ball intended to strike a target. No handseals


Combinations you could make with this jutsu:use the fireball as a means of distraction and follow up with another attack for example chidori sharp spear. or due to it's speed counter a taijutsu before it reaches contact with you.

Ways to Counter: a water jutsu would cancel it out.

make the Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger handseals, and concnetrate fire chakra. Focus the fire chakra, but this time don't let it ignite. Exhale the gas up to mid range, and then light a match and throw it into the gas. Make sure not to come into contact with the gas yourself.

stay away from the gas or use fuuton to blow to towards the enemy and light it on them XD

after performing the 4 handseals needed i channel heated chakra into my lungs but without igniting it i release it via my mouth as a cloud of gas which is ignitable, i release the gas upto mid range and light a match throwing it at the gas, making sure i havent touched it myself. This causes the gas to ignite, seting it afire and causing a giant firebal to erupt.


Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated):
use gas as an explosive or as a trap set for the enemy, non battle you could set stuff on fire with it or blowstuff up..

Rin inhales deeply as Katon chakra forms in her lungs. She made sure to keep the size of the sphere she was molding out of Katon smile but compressing it to make it more durable and made small streams of Katon chakra behind the sphere. She exhales and a small fireball with streams of excess Katon behind it goes soaring at the clone. When it makes contact the clone burns rather quickly even though the sphere was small but it was compressed with a lot more chakra than it looked like there was.

any normal water style jutsu should suffice, putting up an earth wall or simply going underground away form the stream as for the taijutsu moves keep the opponent at bay.
Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated):
battle oriented this technique can be used to deliver burns via a stream which can be fired even while you move. The fire can be applied to limbs for addition battle oriented moves. Non battle oriented the fire still gives off somesort of light which can iliminate a cave for example or set a bush on fire. It can be used to augment shadows and help nara clan techs.

To perform this tech i would inhale while infusing my lungs with chakra and heat them up causing the chakra to react with the air in my lungs as i exhale out wards creating flames which i manipulate into a steady stream focused out of my mouth. The tream is small and i do not require handseals to cast this jutsu.

Sweet, just from now on don't forget to perform the jutsu on a clone.
Also, fire is weak to wind. So when using wind to counter fire be careful with that. You would need a C rank wind at least to stop this fire.

Descripton: The user, after performing the Snake hand seal, emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands or mouth which then pierces the enemy. Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.







i inhale air into my lungs, super heating my chakra and then blowing the chakra out while manipulating the flame into a fireball directed at vex. As the fire ball leaves my mouth i quickly form the snake handseal, channeling chakra into my mouth making it vibrate at high frequencies and releasing a spear at great speeds, the spear is going to be hidin coming form behind the flame piercing through the fireball and continuing on wards to pierce vex.

The fire ball can present itself in 2 forms: it can either be created by a stream of fire and sustained as a gigantic ball of flames in front of the user spanning up to short range or be released as a slightly smaller ball of fire which will travel towards the enemy up to mid range.

Make the necessary handseals, and inhale sharply. Concentrate your fire chakra, and exhale the fire. You have two choices, a concentrated stream like the one in the last jutsu, or a giant ball of fire that is more widespread. Regardless, the technique should cause quite a bit of burning damage.
