I hate when people give ALL sensors the same feats when it's clearly obvious there are different levels... Anyways here is a list of chars I feel are = and split up.

Tier 1:

Juubito, Naruto (BSM if SM and KCM Feats Mix)

Tier 2:

Naruto(KCM) or (SM), Mito, Karin, Nagato (Notice there all Uzumaki lol)

Tier 3:

Tobirama, Minato

Tier 4:

Ao, Fuu, Cee, Ino, Kiba

Determing naruto's as a warm glow and sasuke's as cold and dark.

Anyways, The characters I have listed are confirmed from raw ability and not just jutsu.

If I was to add Edo Minato then I would also have to add all the other edo's as well as people with sensing skills (Byakkagan, Sharingan, Bugs, etc)

Sensing Kyuubi charak is not a sensing feat: Sakura, Haku, Zabuza Kakashi, Kabuto, Orochimaru, and abunch of others can feel the Kyuubi chakra due to how strong it is

Surely Minato and Tobirama are tier two surely, the dudes can poke their finger into the ground and pick out enemies and even how many there are aswell as sensing like Karin, Cee, etc.
