Well, not quite. Even though we already established "what if", but Haku can't. I understand that Haku was able to turn the water Zabuza left behind from his bunshin to ice, but it wasn't chakra infused. Once the bunshin is defeated, just like every other bunshin, the chakra disappears with it. Similar to how Hiraishin works, there isn't chakra in the seal [water] left behind, the user, Minato [Haku], creates a hand seal then teleports [creates ice] to that area. [

No its not. There's chakra infused water, just how Gaara has his chakra infused sand. Unless you're suggesting that the sand Gaara gets from the desert is manipulated freely, without the use of chakra. After using that sand his chakra isn't sitting in it, once it's done, so is the chakra. Just how when Zabuza's bunshin was destroyed, there's no chakra left in the water. Thus, it becomes regular water.
