Dome? Basically, fire is surrounding you from all directions right now.

Medatation... eh... hard to explain.

To focus deeply on something. So in this case, basically what I need you to do is sit down, close your eyes, and only focus on the fire around you. Feel the flow of the fire, how it moves, etc.

i set down close my eyes as the second is like a minute for me with all the moves of the fire and focus in the great power of the fire and beginning to understand it exactly
then open my eyes * now its night * and stand up and pull my hand up as the fire jumps with it .... now the fire is my best friend lol

You can always get more experienced especially considering that your only a chuunin.

Anyway, ok, now, get out of the dome. I made one spot in the dome so that you can walk, or jump through. You have to find it within 1 minute.

use my little fire chakra and my fire senseing and find the spot then walk on it normally with not getting hurt from the fire
