That's only shame to not want to accept being wrong and our generation lacks the real feeling of shame because we are still young but he will accept what he did as long as he is put in a place where he can understand his mind instead of being trapped in a cage to be tormented for the next 20 yearsIt's very hard to change people. It's very hard for a human to accept he/she is wrong, to acknowledge his/her mistake. In rare ocasions we can change a person's mind to show he/she was wrong when it's about ethics and morals. And let's not forget that like to be wrong.
No you should have understood their feelings for one another, dude how old are you because this is the kind of selfish shit that will be the end for us, the 90's generation was not meant to find scape goats unlike our predecessors. But that statement makes you sound very weakHm. I guess I should've raped and killed someone when my parents divorced in 2007..
ohh yeah where you from I from the Northend Detroit, tell what REAL pain have YOU experienced then! Our don't run your mouthSmartass people with no hard shit experience behind them in their life will always say that you can change the other person with just talking to them. No, you can't. You should remember that for the rest of your life.

Why is that?
The only country in the USA that use the death penalty as much as people eat.

Well you never know I mean punish him and he'll maybe learn his lesson. You could tell he's hurting inside. He never done anything wrong before his parents got divorced by this I mean anything extreme like this I could be wrong. I feel like if he could get help he'll be the same as before his parents got divorced
So 1 murder is cool as long as he doesn't do it again?
I wonder what horrible life can lead a teenager to do something like that. A divorce can be nothing but one step in a life of hell and that outburst could be triggerd by nobody giving a sh*t about him. Too bad the teacher was in his way...
give me all the hate you want, i believe this could have be avoided if people noticed that kid earlier.
Well, the brain works in wonderous ways. However, the fact that he callously went to watch a movie afterwards means he's a complete psychopath. You know how you can step on an ant and think nothing of it and go on with your day? Well this nut job is like that but with people.
It's kinda sad that he won't face true justice. If this were a different era, the family would throw him into a boiling vat of oil.
Unless he was born with some sort of brain damage, he wasn't always like that. he might only be a psycopath because nobody did anything to help him. Like that ant you were talking about. I think this kid was the ant everyone stepped on until he had enough and abruptly took all the anger out on the first victim in sight. He felt no remorse for the teacher because no one was feeling any remorse for him even before that murder. and now no one will ever feel remorse for him ever again. It's tragic beyond measure.
also, in the middle ages they used to accuse innocent women of being witches and burn them in public executions. no one was ever punished for doing that.
And yet he runs a good chance of being brutally killed if he were ever released. Imagine if he got out to society in a few years. The victim's family could probably just find him in a phone book and hire hit men to either kill him or kidnap him. In extreme cases, torture would be slow and painful. I believe I read somewhere that a mother of a rape victim actually droused the rapist in gasoline and burned him to death, and this was years after the rape crime occurred.
Bold- So what's your plan? Go back in time to punish them? It's the past. It can be used as a lesson: we look at our mistakes in the past in order not to do it again. So, nowadays, we won't acuse anybody of being a witch and burn them.
It's kinda sad that he won't face true justice. If this were a different era, the family would throw him into a boiling vat of oil.
And about the kid, his problems little matters. Everybody has problems, everybody has anger. This doesn't gie you the right to do anything you want. If he couldn't hold back his feelings, his anger, and did something harmful to society, then he doesn't fit society, Society> any individual alone. Society> him. "Oh, but he had problems" And now, he is the problem. So he goes to jail in order to protect us.
If jail can't fix him, he stays there forever. If he causes problem in there, then he gets killed. "Oh, killing him won't solve the problem" Yes, it will. It's one risk that is no more.
Stop pitying criminals, stop pitying scum.
It's not about him we should worry, it's about the citizens and their safety. It's not about his feelings. He might havve anger or any problems, but if he causes problem, then he becomes the problem to society, and then we need to take him out, he can't be with society anymore.
Then, after society is safe, we try to heal him, to fix him. Only after society is safe fromthe problem he became.
