Dude, that scan still shows Amaterasu has a start-up time; Obito: 'I sensed that you were focusing chakra in your left eye.' This shows that Sasuke still has to build-up chakra to use Amaterasu.

As you can see in that scan, Sasuke had already gone through the process of preparing amaterasu, Ay moved the moment it reached him. Why this you think we see the outline of Ay there?
