Can go either way. They're basically equals. The only hope jiraiya has of moving this out of tsunade's hands is by getting into SM but, until then, he'd most likely be dead. Even after getting into SM, it's still not an easy win. It'd still be a high diff win for either of them.

Byakugo Tsunade vs SM Jiraiya or Base tsunade vs Jiraiya can both go either way.

This can go either way. They are pretty much equals. If Jiraiya can get the time to activate sage mode he could win, but without it he will fall.
And it's not set in stone that he'd actually pull off sage mode since Tsunade has a habit of coming after her opponent non stop.

Easy to spout out nonsense while facing Orochimaru without his arms just like Sasuke spouting out nonsense like Orochimaru is weaker than him because taking advantage of the sick state and without arms like he was when we found out later he was fodder to healthy Orochimaru. @Bogard, wait, didn't Jiraiya run away from Chikushodo til reaching Sennin Modo? The short confrontation of Jiraiya with all six bodies isn't worth called a fight; all six Paths would've stomped Jiraiya even if he was in base. Considering what Tendo alone did to Naruto, his Boss Summons, Fukasaku and Shima.

And Oro solo's both Jiraiya and Tsunade. Of course if unrestricted.
