As stated by Itachi, only an Uchiha can break Tsukuyomi once they're caught inside his illusion. only a person from the blood lineage of uchihaa can break tsukuyomi. so since uchihaa and senju are from same original bloodline of SO6P hence I believe any1 from senju clan can easily break tsukuyomi . may b that the reason why madara never used tsukuyomi on Hashirama . and if he used it , may be hashirama easily dispelled it because they are from same ancestorial bloodline
