By the way, comparing the thread topic with Kakashi's Tsukuyomi experience is pointless because that was plot, Itachi didn't meant to kill Kakashi. But this thread topic is completely different means NO PLOT will interfere.
Itachi's Tsukuyomi must be considered the full level Tsukuyomi and Tsunade as a strong shinobi of current level.

It causes intense trauma, enough to put one in a comatose state. Something that causes that amount of trauma could easily be lethal. Comas themselves can be lethal if blood cell disruption occurs.

Tsukuyomi is instant, partner tactics won't even gonna work with true perfect Jinchuriki.
And her seal won't help her in the end, too. You free someone out of a Genjutsu by disturbing his Chakra flow with our own. That's not what Byakugo does. And Chakra disturbance won't allow you to perform Jutsu.

You can't compare Uchiha powers to Tsunade. Any MS technique one shots her if used with the right intend.
