Tsunade can keep Itachi busy with taijutsu while Onoki launches a jinton.
Tsukuyomi won't really be a problem, amaterasu could be one, for Onoki but Tsunade can deal with it.

You shouldn't compare the feats of a normal Katon to Amaterasu seeing as how Amaterasu stays on your body unless you cut that part of your body....Katsuyu gets turned into the human torch with Amaterasu spam since Edo Tensei gives Itachi that much of Chakra to use or Katsuyu gets mind-fu_cked Via Sharingan Genjutsu​
