So when he transplants SDNA in himself then only one eye would become rinnegan (doesn't have to be ems) because the other eye is sealed because of izanagi.

This the eye doesn't become unsealed. If he did use izanagi then Nagato would have only received one rinnegan eye.

Here is an update version without ems requirement that you're crying about:

2 uchiha eyes + SDNA = 2 Rinnegan eyes.

1 unsealed uchiha eye + 1 sealed uchiha eye + SDNA = 1 Rinnegan eye + 1 sealed eye.

Madara didn't use Izanagi otherwise he would've erased his wounds but he didn't, as he stated that implanted the Senju DNA he gained into his wounds.

Plus if he had multiple spare eyes then why does he only have one eye when seeing Obito Uchiha? (chapter 602 page 16 "I want to change the fate of the world" close up of his face. Right eye seen closed.)

The original point of this thread is that you can't save the eyes from those kinjustu with an ems
