You know very well that zoro would of taken her out if it was a straight up fight , yes zoro got hit by her power but it wasn't over
If Luffy is defeated by Doflamingo and Zoro defeats Doflamingo would that mean...

No, it was over if Zoro thought he could beat her he wouldn't have left Usopp there to finish the fight. Kinda ridiculous you're arguing against the manga. If Perona(a.k.a. Oda) wanted to Perona could have Neg. Hollowed Zoro walked up to him while he was all depressed and killed him. Since the time skip his spirit may have gotten stronger which could help him but at that point in time he was defenseless against Perona.
Everyone loves Zoro but you can't(or rather shouldn't) argue with manga, black & white proof that in a 1v1 at that time Zoro would have lost. Yet Usopp won, thus proving ABC logic doesn't always hold true.

And you saw in the manga that he spared monet's life, zoro have a soft spot for females , he could of killed her in an instant , he was relieve that usopp was capable of defeating her, it spared him the discomfort

That's how I feel but I honest feel that zoro is also more versatile because of his swords, every opponent that Luffy have defeated I know zoro can defeat with the exception of eneru at that time but now he is more than capable of defeating him
Add more this is not enough
BTW Zoro can't beat Perona...
1. he never fought her so he has no Intel unless Usopp told him...
2. he would have to become a negative person...
3. he doesn't go all out on women...
4. she saved his life, took him to his friends, and their allies...

So who is going to fight doflamingo . Do you expect Luffy to fight everyone in the finals including diamanté and fujitora and still donflamingo , that's not happening . Oda is most likely going to let zoro take out doflamingo and this will increase zoro's bounty to about 500 million beri
I don't think all the SH's together can handle Fujitora and Doflamingo, what you wrote isn't happening this arc, also now that Luffy saw Law Beat up and shot there is quite a possibility he won't participate in the tournament anymore

Like Algalon said, Luffy will most likely leave the tournament now and try to beat DD. He won't be able to beat him by himself so Zoro will need to help him. Fujitora is a lot stronger than anyone on the island, he isn't going to be beaten.

I don't see Luffy leaving the tournament , he believes in zoro's strength , so if zoro tell Luffy let him handle doflamingo , Luffy will let zoro handle him. Also remember the only reason zoro hasn't fought doflamingo yet is because sanji begged zoro to let him go to the sunny or else zoro would have fought and defeated doflamingo where sanji have failed . Oda is ready to switch up op, instead of the conventional big boss versus the captain Oda is placing multiple big bosses in one arc and pushing the straw hats beyond their limits

So if fujitora cannot be defeated in this arc how will the straw hats advance to the next island and closer to the one piece . Fujitora will be , by who I have no idea because like you said he appear to be the most powerful at the moment , but who knows what can happen. Maybe kaido will appear and go wild . I have no idea what is going to happen pertaining to fujitora . Maybe he will do like akoji did in the past and let the straw hats go because they over threw an evil warlord .
