Yes, but I also have another question about sound in general, albeit it may be one with an obvious answer but I would like to make sure.

1) How can wind be c orrectly used to counter sound, and can it only counter sound not based on hearing?
2) Also the speed given at the bottom of each technique, how can that be translated into the rp? Like the last technique moves at 500 speed. 500 speed per what? Or how long would it take to travel from me to mid-range.
Those are really good questions. For sound blasts that are visible ( is an example of a shockwave or sound wave if you want) you can use similar wind jutsus. It's also advisable to have some kind of all around wind barrier that can defend you from the all around effects of sound. People have also developed earthen ear muffs to prevent their hearing being affected but the flaw with that is that you don't need to hear the techniques and they can still destroy you with their frequencies and vibrations. I'm sure you saw my Exhaustion technique. I attacked an opponent with it and he used a way to "cleanse" the effects in a very unique way that I really liked. He used a wind jutsu that requires him to channel chakra in his lungs in order to expel the jutsu. The build up of wind chakra canceled out the sound effects on his lungs and he was set free, however his wind jutsu was considerably weaker. I hope that gives you some ideas.

Those speeds are really not defined and it's been debated for a very long while about how to re-work the whole sound element to make it more fitting for our RP. I have no details how it's going and whether it's even being worked on. What I know for sure is that sound is very fast but it would be pointless if the opponent wasn't given a chance to counter it. If he can come up with a valid reason why it's a sound (hear it, see it or something) using his senses, then I'd let him have his counter. Using my general estimation I'd say that it's twice the speed of lightning techniques and people are still able to defend against those, right? Nobody really cares about the speed of lightning, they just throw a wind jutsu and that's it.

This follows the same principle as every other elemental clone. The main difference is that it can use sound jutsus at the cost of dispersing and it's actually kind of transparent. Not completely but to a degree, since you can't compress energy into matter. The cool thing is that it does double damage when dispersing.

When I envision this jutsu I see somewhat of just a human outline or silhouette.

With the focusing of my ototon chakra, I immediately create a clone made purely out of sound waves, something of an ethereal being. Transparent, nearly invisible from far away, the being slowly walks forth while sticking his hand out, letting loose a devastating burst of high sound waves at my opponent, even if the initial wave is dodge or countered the being proceeds to disperse and transforming back into it's purest form, in this case a large amount of sound waves, doing a considerable amount of internal damage to my opponent.

Ethereal! Love the word! Excellent. Use the ability to shoot the soundwaves and then disperse for an unavoidable combination. You're getting the grip of this. Questions?

Description: The user gathering chakra into both of their hands begin to excite the air and cause it to vibrate extremely fast. Upon slamming the two separate vibrations together and releasing them, it creates a powerful technique which can shatter various objects.

This is one of the most useful concepts of sound. However, it's very delicate and as much as it seems simple it really isn't. To be able to use this technique you need to have a great innate hearing. You need to recognize the resonant frequency of that object and then perform the technique. Plus, you have to do everything very quickly. Basically you build up the surrounding air with the matching (resonating) frequency of the object and then you slam your hands together. This sends the soundwaves with the exact frequency at the object (although in an omnidirectional burst) shattering it. It can shatter rock, kunai, almost everything. The harder the substance the easier to shatter it.

As an ice wall stands within my way i immediately begin by channeling my Ototon chakra to both of my hands, while my breathing bounces off the ice structure allowing me to deduce how dense the structure is by the soundwaves that bounce off it. Knowing the information I need, the ototon chakra gathered, begins to violently excite the air causing vibrations. I then match the frequency given off by the structure with the soundwaves gathered and slam my hands together releasing the gather ototon in an omnidirectional burst, effectively shattering the ice.

Alright, nice improvisation. Yes, the sonar will tell you those but once you finish the training you'll be able to tell it yourself by simply listening and observing. :) After all, everything is producing a sound, the difference is only whether you can hear it or not. This brings us to the last technique. :)

Description: The user gathering their chakra into the air having it flow towards the opponent causes this portion of sound to remain in their opponents ears. The ringing continues to grow as time progresses as at first it will disrupt how a person hears eventually hampering their ability to think. From that it starts to mess with their balance until they become incredibly disorientated.Lasts 10 turns and reduces damage of the jutsu used against the user by -5 until this effect wears off.

Similar to the previous techniques and to most sound jutsus, this one affects the opponents hearing. It produces a very painful and annoying ringing sound that disorients the opponent and even prevents them from thinking and focusing correctly. It's amazing because it lasts 10 turns and because it reduces the strength of the opponents jutsu by 5. Not really much, but it can help. :p

Excellent. It's an amazing jutsu for the very beginning of the battle. It's like a 100% hit that will help you as the battle progresses. If you have any similar techniques you can throw those in also, along the way, to make the effects even stronger and with some genjutsu, you'll incapacitate the opponent in no time. See? You don't always need damage to beat opponents. :)
