Vincent - 9 with cjs, meds etc he makes mistakes too so. - 5 without cjs, meds etc
Baldy - 9 for both
Darui - 9 with cjs - 7 without cjs
Daemon - 9 for both
Typhon - I think he is rusty now, so idk

Typhon is 9, with only cannon U_U

Yard is a 4 with only cannon Lol #Noshotswerefiredinthemakingofthiscomment

Rest have already been given proper ratings U_U

Actually I won an ms tournament battle against Zanji where you could only use cannon. In fact, I won against every sensei in that tournament up to Dan where I took a dive for him and lost. I knew that he would summon gamahiro on me and that I'd use nagashi to counter. Of course I knew that summonings can't be dispersed, only an idiot in the RP could think of them as a clone. I even used Nagashi I believe, that's non focused electricity, and electricity is energy, it has no force. However, Dan is a friend of mine, in fact my best friend here, but I'm not active anymore really, neither is he, so I'll let that come out. Ever since then people started to think I sucked at RP. Even tho the dive was planned in that round and that I just couldn't say anything about it. Before Zen/kaito went inactive, him and I discussed nearly every cannon technique, thought of better uses for them, better explanations for them, good counters against them and I've even helped in having some techniques introduced into the rp and having a lot of techniques edited to better match how they work. Just because I use CJ's primarily, doesn't mean I'm bad with Cannon, I prefer using CJ's because the jutsu list is boring to me to use and I feel like I'm just every other RP'er. Using cj's instead makes me feel as if I stand out from others. However, if I see a counter that I'd like to use a cannon on, then I use it. RP'ing with CJ's is my style of RP, everyone has their own style, mine is just that I prefer rp'ing with techniques that most people haven't seen, I like it, it's fun.

In my opinion, Zenryoku Kaito Aka Nirvana, he pretty much made the technique list here and was very creative.

The update is actually good. Each time it gets better and better like Better skills lol. I like how some jutsus have restriction to bios making them more unique. It gives certain characters a sense of uniqueness.

The water list in particular was over due. Scorps did a fine job and I know how much time it must have taken him/the amount of hours as I recall once re-watching the anime episodes of each jutsu to be able to explain them better to my students. However, him actually having to rework the techniques themselves requires more work and so he did pretty well imo.

Didnt you do something with the jutsu list and went into details on adv and disadv?

I wish we could have skin bios. It would make the RP more unique and not just stick with cannon bios a lot like having a skin for Ay and Third Raikage, Tsunade, Orochimaru, Danzo etc.


Could we make another set of battle rules? Official battle rules so we have two sets of rules.
