I think Tobirama ability with water is brilliant, though most of the best water jutsus were restricted so it kinda lowered its standard on arsenal. He also has that great sword. S/T is also a nice plus. Overall though Minato is a stronger bio imo.

He's a great bio, he's > Minato in rp and rl

If he was more my style, I wouldve finished the test

Quite honestly, I feel as if you have it backwards. Tobirama bios are only great when you have everything with it. FTG + Kinjutsu so you can learn the Multiple Shadow jutsu and Edo Tensei. Whereas Minato comes with FTG and KCM. Shadow Clones aren't really that much in our RP. Water with one seal and no water source is overrated, I had that on a bio for over 2 years.
