There just big because they are in the foreground. If you follow the trail of the footsteps towards the forest you can see they were made over a pretty wide distance by a fair few people. Sasuke and Oro's crew couldn't have made that many footsteps, they look like they were made from the alliance when they run in platoon formation (they were running like that on the way to Naruto's battlefield).

Yes it is, when Minato tells Naruto to go find Madara and help Hashirama stop him and seal him it clearly shows you Naruto jumping up the god tree, he finally gets to the top and says "found him" while looking down to a cloud of dust (which is Madara and Hashirama fighting) he them starts to make a rasenshuriken, it's him, simply as that and that will be proven in the next chapter, then you will see I was correct
