Yes it is, when Minato tells Naruto to go find Madara and help Hashirama stop him and seal him it clearly shows you Naruto jumping up the god tree, he finally gets to the top and says "found him" while looking down to a cloud of dust (which is Madara and Hashirama fighting) he them starts to make a rasenshuriken, it's him, simply as that and that will be proven in the next chapter, then you will see I was correct

But at the same time it makes no sense..See there is noway in hell for that dust /impact of (what ever it is) the clash b/w Madara & Hashirama would be that close to Naruto & look at those mountains around & compare them with the tree...if he is really standing on the top of that tree & I have never seen FRS glowing like that...It is absolutely foolish to think that Naruto is planning to attack PS from that hight even if it is true ,how can Naruto attack him with something as Big as that while SA is pretty close to Madara..?
Dont tell me that Naruto is planning to Kill SA along with Madara an EDO...
