& Itachi was even better than him, fodders are just fodders, regardless of clan or enhancements. Uchiha were above average with the sharingan, the prodigies such as Itachi/sasuke merely use the sharingan to further enhance their impressive abilities.

Obito is a different case, he relies on his sharingan so yes he would be fairly weak without it (excluding the senju dna of course).

Not all of them. Obito has other jutsus but without the Sharingan's reading ability, he probably wouldn't live long. Out of all of them in your list, Madara shown the best kenjutsu, speed, taijutsu of them all but was using his 3 tomoes while doing it but that was against many ninjas as well so I think he'll do well in a 1 on 1 fight but will fall victim to clones, genjutsus. Sasuke and Itachi have speed, kenjutsu, shuriken skills, fire jutsus, (Sasuke needs the Sharingan to use Chidori), they can't react as fast, can't see thru clones and genjutsus.

Base Naruto can give them all a good fight, I wanted to say Kakashi but he has a sharingan haha.

Well Hashirama still have healing without hand signs, water jutsus, earth jutsus (earth+water=wood), the 1000 jutsus Senjus are said to know, his weapon skills, his wisdom, high chakra levels.

Naruto base is jounin, Kakashi even said Naruto was even or surpasses him back when Naruto learned Rasenshuriken. Base Naruto gotten even stronger after learning SM. SM puts Naruto at mid to high kage level, can fuse with Ma and Pa toad to use frog song, infinite SM, Boiling Oil, multi-shadow clones, frog kata.

Nagato never was shown without the Rinnegan so I can't really gauge his power without it. Can only say he has high chakra reserves.

Why did you have to take away 2 things from Minato? haha You can debate if alive Minato has Yin Kurama or not since he was alive still after sealing it and at least had KM and the same can be said about FTG. He used sealing jutsu to create his FTG but he can teleport wherever his chakra is connected to so FTG would still be on the table but it takes away his use of marks. Minato's base speed is still fast, fast enough to save baby Naruto and get praised by Obito. He has his great analysis skills that lets him know a jutus's strengths and weaknesses by seeing it once to a few times. Rasengan, Summoning, shadow clones. There's ways to us ninja tools to carry your chakra like Asuma's blade. I'll put Minato high jounin to low kage cause his base speed and reaction time would still put him on a level to fight kages and his brain can let him beat tough ones.
