It also means that if Tsunade or Sakura are hit by it their seal won't save them because ones the tubes and cells are destroyed theirs no highway for their stored chakra in the seal to move to cure the damage. The same goes for Hashirama sines wood too has cells for the flow of chakra and when the wood cells are destroyed their can't be chakra flow to repair them.

Why do you think Guy had to explain why Lee's battle style is so much different than Neji's? Lee breaks your bones so you can't use your body, Neji blocks chakra points so you can't move or use Jutsus if you could move anyway.

thats not the point he doesnt make it make naruto better than hashirama he means FRS cant be tanked by Yin release and wood release. its basically a kill shot if hit.
