This chapter showed perfectly well just how dumb Naruto really is. Instead of killing the massmurderer, he want to forgive him. That's not just dumb, it's egoïstic asw ell because he risks a lot of fodder lifes.
Naruto is way too naïve to a Hokage, he is just too correct. He wants to make everyone happy and he lets no one die because hew ants to live in his perfect world with fairies and shit.

What Sasuke did was just rational and a normal thing to do. He wants to make sure that Obito is defeated and with someone that posesses such a HAXXX Jutsu (kamui) you have to make sure to kill him. Kakashi was also right about killing Obito and Minato is also naïve, altough he isn't too Naïve and he was ready to kill if it would have been necessary!

Obito is easy too fall prey to hatred and if he is in prison he could escape anytime and cause more problems.
In real life it wouldn't be correct to kill someone if they couldnt do harm at that moment, but in real life there are no people with HAX powers that allow you to camp in a different dimension.

Naruto movies are not canon. Meaning, what you see in the movie does not equate to the Manga.

This movie in particulair has no chance to be cannon.
It took place after the invasion of konoha, but before the 5 kage summit because Ay still has two arms. There is really little time between that and he actually already knows Killer Bee while he got to know him after the 5 kage summit.
