The Third Kazekage is a fair-skinned ninja who has golden eyes and black chin-length hair. His hair is spiky in the back that are later on tied with a knot.
Before becoming the Kazekage; he wore a long-sleeved long haori which was yellow in color except for his upper chest and neck which was dark brown in color. Upon becoming the Third Kazekage; he wore a long-sleeved haori which was greyish-blue on the outside and grey on the inside. His chest was left completely exposed. On the backside of the haori was written "Kazekage" from top to bottom with the symbol of Sunagakure next to it. The Third Kazekage wore violet pants as well as purple boots. Right in between his violet pants and purple boots were grey bands. He tied a blue cloth right across his belly.
Personality:
Studious and strong with his people. He probably protected the village and fought to defend it during the era he lived in. He was praised by Chiyo, a village elder, so most likely was praised by many others during his age. He also appeared to have possessed a high level of intelligence as he was able to comprehend One-Tail's unique powers and produce his own version of the same. The Third Kazekage was also said to have been the strongest Kazekage and thus was respected by the entire village and feared by those outside the village. He is usually very quiet and keeps the bodies of those he fights so that he can study their abilities.

✧Background Info
History:
After studying the jinchūriki of Shukaku of the time, he recreated its sand-manipulating powers by combining his own magnetic chakra and iron powder, which produced the Iron Sand technique. It was for this very ability that he was noted as the strongest Kazekage in the entire history of Sunagakure.
At some point, Sasori kidnapped and killed the Third Kazekage in order to turn him into a human puppet. According to Sasori, the effort involved in the Third's capture made it his favourite puppet. Sunagakure did not know this and searched earnestly for his whereabouts. With the outbreak of a war, the village was forced to give up the search and choose a Fourth Kazekage, though they still attempted to search for him in later years.
