Itachi can't kill any one in Tsukuyomi

The risk involved with casting tsukuyomi is very high with caster himself that's why itachi used tsukuyomi only 4-5 times.

while sasuke used tsukuyomi + amatersu +susanoo in like 3 main battles and sasuke was already blind. Hence tsukuyomi has more side effect than battle effect.

It took the series' best healer to cure the effects of Tsukiyomi so it's not something everyone can recover from.

No,it was stated by several characters that Tsunade was the only one who could cure the trauma caused by Tsukiyomi.She is known to do the impossible in terms of medicine like helping Lee regain the ability to walk.

I think that is some cases it could kill through shock that would cause heart attack, but it cant kill the enemy directly.

Kaskashi doesn't know every thing. There were kakashi's friends so if itachi wanted to kill kakashi then he would had to start fighting with kakashi's friends which means stopping tsukuyomi to start concentrating for fighting.

he wrecked kakashi is 5 secs which was a week of torture inside the genjustu tsunade was the only one that could save him

Simple.. Sasuke didn't withstand it. Only after training with Orochimaru, master the Curse Mark, and going against a Sick Itachi is what helped him break out the second (technically third) time

Itachi used it 4 times in the series (not including Edo) and it worked 3 times. Two of those times required Tsunade to fix.

honestly I dont buy it. These stuffs were told just to hype tsunade. Kabuto is the best medical ninja because he can even make dead come back to life.

Well Kakashi did not have knowledge n Tsukuyomi and it could be that he could have been killed due to the massive damage dealt, like if he has a heart attack but I don't think it will work as well to those with high defensive abilities or regenerative abilities.

Zetsu wasn't surprised that Sasuke didn't die, he was surprise that Sasuke got back up so I think it can only make them unable to fight unless they have healing abilities.

It might or might not kill you, that is if u are mentally stronger or possess a sharingan, then good for u. Most people will probably wish they were dead after Tsukuyomi, that is they don't go insane or die from the damage. Yep the dude pretty much kills his victims.
