Releasing the seal =/= using regeneration. The Byakugou no jutsu is an 'S' rank technique, which requires the Byakugou seal to perform ( and most likely to learn it ). Sakura just activated her seal, she had no time to master such a high level regeneration technique.

He also proved you wrong when he made tsunade state "I release the seal on my forehead to regenerate blah blah"
Then further disproved your bias by making Sakura sustain a seal throughout the past few chapters
Then even further disproved it by Making katsuya explain the mechanics of remote healing, in that it's based on the performer's capabilities. Therefore, Sakura byakugo healing everyone along with tsunade means she's using mitotic regeneration. But, of course, If Kishi comes out and gives sakura sasuke's EMS people like you will state "because she has an ems doesn't mean she can see chakra or predict movement. She needs to train to use this inherent skill of a jutsu she worked so hard at to do this exact function". Wonder why people didn't wonder how naruto used a fart on kiba. He didn't train for it after all.

I'm sure you'd like to believe it takes training for a skilled medic to learn how to medic. I'm just gonna sit by the sidelines again and wait for you people to, once again, be wrong and run in shame.

Tsunade is Mid Kage. She is practically impossible to kill and has an ability to completely transform battlefield with one punch.

Able to heal 1000s of injuries constantly without a break
Perform extremely complex surgies
make anti toxins
Make toxins
Shift a entire battle field into a war zone with a punch
Transfer chakra to amplify her summons attacks which is acid
Summon a boss summon which have moves for like every scenario
She can heal herself without seals

Sakura doesn't need a op offense to be consider kage level
