Then, because she coudl summon katsuya didn't mean she could release the seal
Now that she's released the seal and is literally being called a byakugo user, by tsunade, she somehow can't regenerate with a jutsu called mitotic regeneration... Seems legit... Haters are fascinating...

Releasing the seal =/= using regeneration. The Byakugou no jutsu is an 'S' rank technique, which requires the Byakugou seal to perform ( and most likely to learn it ). Sakura just activated her seal, she had no time to master such a high level regeneration technique.
