I disagree. This superiority cycle you mention only takes effect when you talk about techniques on the same level. There is no proof that this small fuuton release you mention(if it's one) is actually on the same level as A's lightning armour and imho, it's not the case. So i don't think it would even do a thing

Nice argument but didn't Orochimaru say it only takes effect the time of an instant or something along those lines? Not sure as well where it help since he would still have to harm A and he lacks the fire power to do so
