The Raiakge may have Bijuu level chakra, but his Raiton armor drains his chakra extremely quickly. So Orochimaru is more than capable of outlasting him.

Why would Orochimaru spam oral rebirth against Ay when he tanked Tsunade's punch without using it? And we all know Tsunade physically is stronger than Ay.

He probably used a technique(off-panel) that modify his body and turns it into snake smh, similar to his kawarimi no jutsu version for example. I say this because Orochimaru's body has been portrayed to be non-different than any other ninja's body(more like it even has less durability), so i don't think he can do it at will

Well it's either that or Oro will just stand there while A pounds him into a pulp. He could just as easily punch a whole through him like he did to juugo. Also as you see in the scan already posted, A cut the 8tails horn. He would have no problems cutting orochimaru into shreds if he wanted.
The Punch he recieved from tsunade back in part one, From my knowledge was just from her base strength and it not being chakra enhanced (due to her using alot of chakra before hand). Since earlier oro stated her strength is a one hit K.O. Later Orochimaru took the punch pretty well and still retained consciousness.
While KCM naruto stated one punch from A and it would be over.
Both A and Tsunade have the strength to one shot people with a mere punch.

speedwise Oro is slug compared to base so I fail to see how the raiton armor is needed

I guess you have a point, but base Tsunade's strength is still monstrous, considering she was able to lift Gamabunta's sword and the databook gives her 5 points.

Orochimaru paralyses him with genjutsu then lunges kusanagi through his chest.
Madara confirmed genjutsu works on ay, and unlike sasuke and madara, orochimaru starts off his fights with genjutsu paralyses.
