What would your op crew be? Mine would be:
Ace as captain
Zoro as first mate that sticks by ace's side
Lucci as the shipwright, he's responsible to get materials they need for the ship anytime they go into a town
Sanji as chef, responsible for getting food
Law as the doctor, responsible for medical supplies
Crocodile handles the finances with daz bones as his assistant/body guard
Peru takes the skies to watch for trouble and also watch the weather and help navigate
Arlong takes the water to surprise attack enemies and warn of any threats below plus catch dinner occasionally. He is the submarine force in battle.
Aokiji stays behind to guard the ship since he doesnt mind relaxing alone
Mihawk scouts ahead alone into islands or towns or sometimes scouts other places to look for new talent/recruits or gather intel or intercept possible threats to the ace pirates.
