♠ All matches will be official, meaning killing and stealing are both allowed.
♠ CJ's, CE's and CFS's are all allowed.
♠ Terrain: grasslands with a 5m wide stream 5m to my left, you right, and on the other side of the stream is some more grass. Stream has a long range length.
♠ Mid Range default starting range.
♠ Battles would last for 7 days, starting from the time the thread is created until 7 days have completed, no reply limit.

Using Shunsui but here's my plus you know where our rain is. ^^

Terrain (says the one not making the thread picks. I'm making a more interesting terrain unless you wanna stick with the one you stated) ; A barren wasteland with geysers everywhere. The geysers will shoot super heated steam out every two turns, thus covering the field.. surrounding the radius of the field is a stream circling around us in long range in every direction. Good luck bro. u_u

Ieyasu sees his opponent and shakes his head in disappointment. "Always you huh?." He then drops down and slams his hands on the ground of the barren wasteland summoning a massive body of water 8m above your head. Without hesitation as the water is summoned he performs 1 hand seal while manipulating the water creating a gigantic shark that falls down upon Shunsui at incredible speed. The shark will violently crash into everything within a 5m radius around you.

Upon speaking, I notice a shadow forming around my current position, notifying me that something of great quantity was above me. As I look up I hurry and devise a plan to escape the area of affect, which I'd do with the first thing that comes to mind when countering water, earth. I'd use my earth chakra to drastically lighten my body and invease my movement speed, thus allowing me to dash to my left at high speeds and avoid the down pouring water. I'd make sure to move atleast ten meters to the side while keeping note of both you and the water.

Description: Contrary to the Earth Release: Added Weight Rock Technique, instead of making an object heavier, this technique makes an item in direct contact with the user much lighter. This allows freer manipulation of the affected objects, which would normally carry considerably more weight and as such, require a greater amount of exertion to move. The user if using this technique on a incoming object would still be affected by the momentum of the force but will not gain full damage due to drastically decreasing the weight. This technique can be applied to the user himself or another person to reduce their weight and making them faster, however the downside is that their physical strength of the person who is affected by this technique is reduced by -10 damage. Note: The initial effects last for 2 turn before the weight of the mass is returned to normal.

As I'm moving to the side, avoiding the water combination used by you I string together two fast ass hand seals that activates my next jutsu, an illusion. You'd near instantly fall victim for it, believing I've gained some sort of eig lvl speed. In this illusion you wintness me basically dart at you at untraceable speeds and get in close range, delivering a flurry of punches and kicks that are at speed levels much too high for you to react to, thus forcing you to accept each blow. These punches and kicks make you fall backwards to the ground in reality, though in the illusion I continue with the assault. I'd maneuver behind you, placing two finger on the back of your head. Before you know it your pupils begin getting attracted to the two fingers, forcing your eyes to dislocate and roll all the way back, leaving your eyes looking at the inside of your skull and causing you great agony and mental damage.

(Genjutsu: Me dakkyuu) - Illusionary Arts: Eye dislocation

In the illusion, they won't be capable of matching their own speed with the user. They will then believe that the user has suddenly moved behind them and is pointing/touching the back of their (target's) head with their (the user's) index and middle finger as to release a projectile out of them at the back of the target's head. At that moment the target's eyes will have their eyeballs getting dislocated as if they were forcefully attracted by the user's 2 fingers, causing them to turn back 180 degrees as to stare behind themselves yet having their head facing the other side. This is all in the illusion and makes them feel great pain in the illusion causing some mental damage in reality aswell. In reality the target would be falling due to getting out of balance in the genjutsu (because of the few kicks and punches). When the genjutsu ends, the target will be capable of standing up but with some mental pain due to having had his eyes dislocated in the genjutsu. However, in reality, nothing happens to his eyes apart from being momentarily blinded while under the effects of the illusion.

In reality as you start falling backwards from the Illusionary onslaught of punches and kicks, I deliver a swift jab towards your position, though It's no ordinary jab. I'd release an abundance of pressurized Fuuton chakra in the form of a beam which closes in quickly on you and rips through your abdominal area with relative ease. This kills Ieyasu, bursting his insides out of him in a split second, letting me go to the next round . A drawback is that the wind beam pushes me back to long range while cutting my right hand up but nothing severe.

When this jutsu is used to attack the opponent, it will cause major damage to him like large cuts and it blows him backwards, meaning that it will send him from short to mid, or from mid to long, and may even knock him out cold.

Shunsui's body weight was dramatically decreased allowing him to move at faster speeds so Ieyasu could only trail him, but the fact that his opponent wasn't paying attention to what was in front of him gave Ieyasu the idea for his next course of attack. When Shunsui reached about 5m away from the crash site Ieyasu, without giving away any signs in body movements, manipulated the ground 1m in front of his opponent's course of travel so by the time he reaches to the initial area the water would have been slightly emerged from the ground as a puddle. As Shunsui hears the splash of his footstep hitting the water the pillar would have violently erupted upwards towards Ieyasu's left in a slight slant sending the virtually weightless shinobi rocketing into mid.range towards Ieyasu's left spinning uncontrollably.

The flame pillars extend 10m upwards with a 2m width positioned right next to each other creating a 6m wide flame wall that intercepts Shunsui's path of uncontrollable flight. The pillars will cause life ending severe burns to overcome the shinobi as he is roasted in the midst of them.

As I burst to the left at high speeds and begin the two hand seals for the illusion, I'd step in the puddle of water just as I perform the second hand seal, thus allowing the illusion to activate as I'm thrusted upwards by your water. Seeing as you allowed me to get out of range of your other jutsu, coupled with the fact that my hands would be faster due to the lightweight I'd have plenty of time in between dashing and getting hit with the water to cast my illusion still. As I'm being thrusted upwards, you'd see an entirely different scenario instead of seeing me be launched up. You'd witness me completely avoid the water with raw speed, closing in on you at speeds you can't react to. My Illusionary self punches the fucc out of you in your mouth before you could ever stomp your foot and channel katon chakra, thus throwing you off balance near instantly before he continues a barrage of punches and kicks to your face and abdominal area that can't be stopped. This has you fall backwards in both the illusion and in reality. I'd than maneuver behind you (in the illusion), placing two finger on the back of your head. As I'm flying backwards gaining my original weight back due to the lightweight affects wearing off and catching my balance in mid air I take the chance while you are trapped in the illusion to open numerous, massive portals in the sky above the terrain, spanning to 30m in every direction. This allows tiny rain drop sized pieces of Keigoku to quickly and successively fall onto the battlefield, hitting everything on the terrain. This jutsu causes fuuinjutsus, kinjutsus, medjutsus, genjutsus, high level jutsus (S ranks and higher), also combination of elements to not work as well as jutsus that require 5 seals and more to perform. The way this works is the keigoku causes such mental pain that it causes the target's concentration to be interrupted, not allowing them to focus chakra enough to perform it. This would add to the mental agony you already feel from the Genjutsu, attacking and crushing your mind even further, making it harder to even gain balance to stand back up due to the mental strain from the two techniques happening back to back. At this point I'd land safely at mid range to your left, watching you pick yourself back up. Ieyasu, what should I break first? Your feeble mind, or your body that you so much adore? I pick the latter, I find it amusing seeing you like this!

( Togesuzumebachi no Ame ) - Rain of Stinging Wasps

Description: The Nekura clansman opens multiple portals in the sky, each one a few meters wide,causing small drops of Keigoku to fall from the portals like rain, in a shower of individual drops. Any non-Nekura caught in this rain will experience sudden sharp mental pain as the drops touch him. Due to the repeated falling of the Keigoku raindrops, they will not be able to focus enough to use techniques that require intense concentration ( Genjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, Medjutsu, etc. ) and cannot string together more than four handseals without pause.This technique can be used twice per battle; each use lasts for two turns, and there needs to be two turns gap between each use. By sheltering under a suitable defense, the effects of this technique can be avoided. The effects also apply to non-Nekura allies, and so this technique is not useful in combo battles or wars.

Zanda's First move: A decent idea, however Great Shark Missile specifically states it requires a large water source, not just an old water source. By large, I think the technique is referring to the scale of the Exploding Colliding Wave techs or naturally occurring bodies of water such as lakes, seas and oceans. Its pretty doubtful that you can form such a large technique from Stormy Blockade.

Shady's First move: Never been a fan of using Light Weight techniques to increase movement speed (unless used in conjunction with Flight or mid-air). However, I really like what you go on to do in the rest of the move, particularly how everything flows so seamlessly together.

Zanda's Second Move: Good idea, using his speed against him. The whole concept of the move was good, nothing much to discuss here.

Shady's Second Move: Kind of a boring move, but meh.
