Orochimaru can sense Body heat, going invisible won't help. And to use Jinton he becomes visible, and Jinton needs to be charged. Muu isn't raping.

It's funny how people claim that Oro would get blitzed by Jinton, while in other threads they laughed at it happening to others. Oro has full knowledge, while Muu doesn't. Orochimaru can sense body heat + now that he's in Zetsu body, he got Zetsu sensory skills.

Snakes can sense body heat, Orochimaru is NOT a snake last time I checked, going invisible will help.

Obviously he needs to be visible, but going invisible and retreating away from Orochimaru lets him fire it off with more surprise, and it being charged means nothing as he can't interrupt the Jinton of an airborne Mu in time, nor is he dodging it.

Mu rapes. Orochimaru winning this is a laughable outcome.

Orochimaru is versatile but you need very specific skills to combat Muu. Even if he could sense Muu (it's quite unlikely and there's no way to prove it) it still puts him at a giant disadvantage.

He can, Orochimaru is more snake than human.

Orochimaru in his human form is not a snake, that isn't debatable. Orochimaru uses snake summons and can transform into the Hydra. (But that would make him an easy target for Jinton) That is why Sasuke did snake research in order to beat him.
